How to Order Magazine Subscriptions For Your Library

 
Buying magazine subscriptions for your library is now easier than ever because we've made the process of subscribing year after year so simple.

Here's how you can subscribe through our online system and save up to 89% off retail newsstand prices:
  • Find the magazines in our catalog by title, category or price range
  • Select the magazines you want to subscribe to and hit add to cart by each title
  • Click the VIEWCART checkout icon on the top of the screen to access our secure order form
  • To order, fill out our secure online order form or call us toll-free at 800-955-6247
  • If you are sending magazines to different names or addresses, just let us know when ordering
  • Select a payment option on your order form (Purchase order, check, credit card, Paypal or Google Checkout)
  • Review the order details to make sure there are no errors and then press the CONFIRM order button
  • You will then receive an email confirmation with your subscription information.


Want to order without using our online system?
Just call our ordering department and you can fax or email us a complete list of titles and we'll prepare a BID for your review. Once you confirm the titles and prices, we'll prepare a PDF document listing all the orders and the costs tha you can submit internally through your purchasing department. Once you receive your purchase authorization or purchase order number, let us know and we'll include it on your invoice for payment. Then each year, we'll send you a complete renewal reminder kit with all your subscriptions in one document (can be emailed, mailed or faxed) or you can login online to see all your subscriptions.
