2. New, Renewal and Gift orders? If you ordered somewhere else originally, you can still renew here. Just select the renewal option on the order form.


3. Gift certificates & free gift cards. Buy a subscription and we'll send a free gift card. Details are on the order form.

6. How do I cancel an order? Just call our toll-free number for assistance OR email your order confirmation by reply and mark it cancel. Make sure to review the terms and conditions before requesting a cancellation.


7. How do I use a coupon? Just enter the coupon or promotion code into the order form where its available. It's pretty much that simple.


8. Can I pay online or be billed? If you want to be billed and pay after you fill out the order form, then select the PAY BY CHECK option, print your order confirmation and mail it with a check. Or, call us to give your credit card over the phone.


9. Are there shipping fees or taxes? There are no taxes on magazine subscriptions except where indicated. Shipping to a USA address is included in the price.


10. How do I search for magazines? Use the search box at the top and start typing in the letters of the magazine and our SmartSearchWizard will give you instant matches.


11. What magazines can I find? Popular magazines from leading publishers. Hundreds of titles are available for your review.


12. How do I place a renewal? Just select the renewal option on the order form next to the title you want to renew. Make sure you try to match the name and address on the current subscription.


13. How early can I renew? We can process a renewal order as soon as 4 months after the original order was placed with us or any other subscription provider or publisher.


14. Is your subscription from us? You can renew your subscription even if you bought it directly from the publisher originally.


15. Will I save on renewals too? You will save when placing renewals just like you do on new subscriptions most of the time.


16. Will I be automatically renewed? You will not be automatically renewed with our service. We do have an automatic REMINDER service but nothing gets renewed without your direction.


17. Will I get a reminder to renew? Yes. See above.


18. Renewing many subscriptions? We can even help you renew multiple subscriptions to one or more titles. Just select all the magazines and fill out the order form. You can also email or fax us the list of titles to renew and we'll generate a purchase order for your review. This is really convenient for businesses with multiple locations.

20. Do you deliver outside the USA? We do not deliver outside the USA at this time.


21. When will my magazine arrive? Once payment has been processed your subscription will begin within 21-90 days. It depends on the publisher's shipping schedule and as well on whether the subscription term is weekly, biweekly, monthly or bi-monthly. The shorter the term, the quicker it starts.
